PAGÇEV, the Recycling Economic Enterprise of the Turkish Plastics Industrialists Research Development and Education Foundation, is a non-profit organization established with the aim of collecting packaging waste separately at the source for recycling. On January 3, 2014, it was assigned by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Turkey to operate for all types of packaging and became the 3rd Authorized Organization in Turkey.

Inspired by the efforts and achievements of PAGÇEV's Recycling Economic Enterprise, PAGÇEV Green Transformation and Technology Association, founded by a team inspired by these works, will further advance these efforts and undertake initiatives to lead our country in green transformation.
